Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting Obligations

George Graham, SVP and Chief R&D Officer of Balchem Corporation, has executed a Power of Attorney document. This document appoints Balchem Corporation’s Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, Secretary, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary as his attorneys-in-fact. These attorneys-in-fact are authorized to prepare, execute, and submit Forms 3, 4, and 5, as well as any other required forms or amendments, to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on his behalf. The Power of Attorney also grants these attorneys-in-fact the authority to perform any necessary actions related to these filings. The document will remain in effect until Graham is no longer required to file these forms or until he revokes it in writing.
