Grupo Aval Extends Loan to Endor Capital Assets

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. has announced the extension of a loan to Endor Capital Assets S.R.L., a company controlled by Mr. Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo. The loan, originally approved by the General Shareholders' Meeting and authorized by the Board of Directors, has been extended for an additional two-year term. The extended loan amount is equivalent to USD $260 million in Colombian pesos and is provided under arm’s length conditions. This extension was officially communicated on October 16, 2025.
