Anterix Inc. Announces CFO Transition

Anterix Inc. (NASDAQ: ATEX) has announced the resignation of Timothy A. Gray as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 19, 2025. Elena Marquez, previously the Vice President of Finance and Controller, has been appointed as the new CFO, effective September 22, 2025. Ms. Marquez will also serve as the principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. In connection with her promotion, Ms. Marquez will receive additional compensation, including restricted stock units valued at $250,000 and eligibility for the Executive Severance Plan.
