Power of Attorney for Benjamin Pham of Strive, Inc.

Benjamin Pham, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Strive, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Brian Logan Beirne, James McQuade, and Brandon Guthrie as his attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to act on his behalf in matters related to SEC filings, including obtaining and maintaining EDGAR credentials, executing Forms 3, 4, and 5, and preparing and filing Forms 144. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Pham is no longer required to file these forms or until it is revoked in writing. This document supersedes any previous powers of attorney related to these matters.
