ASUR Acquires URW's Airport Retail Concessions at Key U.S. Airports

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B. de C.V. (ASUR) has entered into a purchase agreement with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) to acquire URW's airport retail concessions at major U.S. airports, including Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), and John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). The transaction, valued at $295 million, is expected to close in the second half of 2025, subject to customary conditions. ASUR is funding the acquisition with cash on hand and secured debt financing from JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
