Anghami Inc. Conversion of OSN Convertible Note

On October 14, 2025, OSN Streaming Limited delivered a notice to Anghami Inc. to convert the entire principal amount of $55,000,000 under the senior unsecured convertible notes, along with approximately $4,404,313 in capitalized PIK Interest and accrued PIK Interest. The conversion will be effected at a base conversion price of $25.00 per ordinary share, resulting in the issuance of 2,376,171 Ordinary Shares to OSN on December 15, 2025.
