Power of Attorney for Ricardo C. Rodriguez

Ricardo C. Rodriguez, Chief Financial Officer of Amprius Technologies, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney (POA) appointing Thomas M Stepien and Siyu Jiang as his attorneys-in-fact. The POA grants them the authority to act on his behalf in matters related to SEC filings, including the preparation, execution, and submission of forms such as Forms 3, 4, and 5, Schedules 13D and 13G, and Forms 144. The attorneys-in-fact are also authorized to manage Rodriguez's EDGAR account, including appointing and removing account administrators and users, maintaining account security, and acting as the EDGAR point of contact. The POA remains in effect until Rodriguez is no longer required to file certain SEC forms or until it is revoked in writing.
