Previously, Mr. Ma served as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Strategic Transactions at Amber Group, where he played a key role in significant transactions such as the Nasdaq listing of Amber International and the sale of Amber Japan to Sony Group. Mr. Ma holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and is admitted to practice in New York and Australia.
