Officer and Director Change - AH Realty Trust, Inc.

Dennis H. Gartman, a director of AH Realty Trust, Inc. (AHRT), did not stand for re-election at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Consequently, his tenure as a director concluded on June 17, 2026. As a result, Gartman is no longer subject to Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, regarding his transactions in the company's equity securities. He will no longer be required to report such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5. Following these changes, Gartman, who held 52,793 shares of Common Stock (direct ownership), is no longer considered a director or officer of the company and is not subject to Section 16 reporting requirements.
