Adecoagro Announces Cash Dividend Declaration

Adecoagro S.A. (NYSE: AGRO), a leading sustainable production company in South America, has announced that its Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend distribution. The total amount to be distributed is $17.5 million, with a dividend per share of approximately $0.17485. The record date for the dividend is November 3, 2025, and the payment date is November 19, 2025. This distribution is the second installment of a two-tranche cash dividend, with the first installment having been paid on May 16, 2025. The annual cash dividend totals $35 million. Adecoagro owns 210.4 thousand hectares of farmland and several industrial facilities across Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay, producing over 3.1 million tons of agricultural products and over 1 million MWh of renewable electricity.
