Ambev S.A. Announces Dividend Distribution

Ambev S.A. has announced the approval of a dividend distribution of R$ 0.1283 per share, based on the extraordinary balance sheet dated June 30, 2025. The dividends will be paid on October 6, 2025, with the shareholding position as of August 7, 2025, for B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, and August 11, 2025, for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Shares and ADRs will be traded ex-dividends starting August 8, 2025. The dividends are allocated to the minimum mandatory dividends for the 2025 fiscal year and will not be subject to income tax withholding. Shareholders with indicated bank accounts will receive their credits directly, while others will be notified by Banco Bradesco S.A. to provide deposit instructions.
