On October 7, 2026, Zhang Kevin Xiaoqiang, SVP and Deputy Co-COO of TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING CO LTD (TSM), acquired 59 common shares (2330.TW) through the company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) trust.
