Arbe Robotics Ltd. Warrant Amendment Agreements

Arbe Robotics Ltd. has entered into warrant amendment agreements to modify existing Tranche A and Tranche B ordinary share purchase warrants. The amendments reduce the exercise price for Tranche A warrants to $1.10 and extend the termination date to November 4, 2030. For Tranche B warrants, the exercise price is reduced to $1.00 and the termination date is extended to November 4, 2029. These changes are contingent upon the consummation of an offering and the warrant holders' purchase commitments. The original warrants were issued on November 4, 2024. The company will file a Form 6-K to disclose these amendments.
