Amendment No. 7 to Schedule 13D for Rapid7, Inc.

JANA Partners Management, LP has amended its Schedule 13D filing regarding Rapid7, Inc. common stock. JANA now beneficially owns 6,760,149 shares, representing approximately 10.3% of the outstanding shares.
