As of March 24, 2026, the Reporting Persons beneficially own an aggregate of 16,881,565 shares of NextDecade Corp common stock, representing 6.0% of the outstanding shares. This ownership includes shares held directly by APSC II Holdco I, L.P. (8,495,310 shares) and APSC II Holdco II, L.P. (8,386,255 shares). APSC II Holdco I has the right to acquire an additional 8,495,310 shares upon conversion of convertible loans, and APSC II Holdco II holds warrants exercisable for 8,386,255 shares.
