Douglas R. Deason Reports 11.29% Stake in Xerox Holdings Corp Following Estate Transfer

Douglas R. Deason filed a Schedule 13D reporting the acquisition of beneficial ownership of 15,283,672 shares of Xerox Holdings Corporation (XRX), representing 11.29% of the company. This acquisition resulted from the passing of Darwin Deason on December 2, 2025, and the subsequent transfer of securities to a trust. On February 6, 2026, Douglas R. Deason was appointed as a Co-Executor of the trust, granting him power to direct the voting and disposition of the shares.
