Canada Growth Fund Inc. Increases Stake in Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. to 22%

Canada Growth Fund Inc. (CGF) and its investment manager, Canada Growth Fund Investment Management Inc. (CGFIM), have collectively acquired a 22.0% stake in Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. (NMG), representing 39,682,538 common shares. This ownership percentage is based on a total of 180,602,808 outstanding common shares, which includes 160,761,539 shares outstanding as of March 26, 2026, and an additional 19,841,269 shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants held by CGF. This amendment to the Schedule 13D is filed due to an increase in NMG's total outstanding shares, not due to any transactions by the Reporting Persons. CGFIM, as the discretionary investment manager for CGF, may be deemed to beneficially own the shares held by CGF. No transactions were effected by the Reporting Persons in the past sixty days.
