Amendment to Credit Facility

Zumiez Inc. has amended its Credit Agreement dated December 20, 2024, originally providing a revolving credit facility of up to $25 million. The amendment, entered into on December 17, 2025, extends the maturity date of the Credit Facility to December 23, 2027. Additionally, Zumiez Services Inc. and Zumiez Canada Holdings Inc. have been added as borrowers under the agreement. The amendment also clarifies the joint and several liability of certain borrowers and modifies provisions related to investments in subsidiaries and the definition of "Expiration Date" and "Obligors". The Credit Facility is secured by cash and marketable securities held by PNC Bank, National Association.
