Zscaler Announces Strong Third-Quarter Fiscal 2026 Results

Zscaler, Inc. reported its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2026. Revenue increased by 25% year-over-year to $850.5 million, with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) also growing by 25% to $3,525 million. The company achieved a non-GAAP operating margin of 23%, a record high. Operating cash flow was $198.0 million, and free cash flow was $136.0 million. Zscaler highlighted strategic initiatives including the intent to acquire Symmetry Systems, partnerships with OpenAI and Anthropic, and receiving the 2026 Google Cloud Partner of the Year Award for Security. The company also achieved Provisional Authorization at Impact Level 5 (IL5) for Zscaler Internet Access™. Zscaler provided financial outlook for the fourth quarter and full year of fiscal 2026, projecting continued revenue growth and improved non-GAAP income from operations. The company also announced a change in its non-GAAP tax rate to 21% effective August 1, 2025.
