CLEANCORE SOLUTIONS, INC. 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

On December 17, 2025, CleanCore Solutions, Inc. held its 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. A quorum was present with 36.56% of the common stock outstanding represented. Stockholders voted on two proposals. The first proposal involved the election of five directors to the Board of Directors, all of whom were elected.
