YPF Sociedad Anónima Share Split and Par Value Change

YPF Sociedad Anónima announced a share split and change in par value effective August 4, 2026. Shareholders as of August 3, 2026, will see their existing ordinary shares with a par value of ARS 10 exchanged for new ordinary shares with a par value of ARS 1. Specifically, each ARS 10 share will be replaced by ten ARS 1 shares. This means 393,312,793 shares will become 3,933,127,930 shares. The total share capital remains ARS 3,933,127,930. This change, which does not alter the economic value or ownership percentage of shareholders, aims to improve market liquidity, increase accessibility for retail investors by lowering the par value per share, and align with market practices. The Deposit Agreement for ADSs will be adjusted, changing the ratio of Class D shares per ADS from 1 to 10.
