YPF Sociedad Anónima Relevant Information – Agreement with Pluspetrol S.A. – Closing

This report details the closing of a transaction between YPF S.A. and Pluspetrol S.A. as of April 30, 2026. Pluspetrol S.A. has transferred its entire interest in the "Meseta Buena Esperanza," "Aguada Villanueva," and "Las Tacanas" areas (the "Southern Hub") to YPF S.A. Additionally, the agreement dated January 22 has been amended. Under the amendment, Vaca Muerta Inversiones S.A. (a subsidiary of YPF) will directly transfer a 20% interest in certain joint venture agreements to Pluspetrol, subject to conditions. If conditions are not met, Pluspetrol has the option to acquire shares of Vaca Muerta Inversiones S.A. instead. This amendment does not involve additional expenditure or revenue for the parties, apart from potential price adjustments.
