Good Earth 1000, LLC Discloses 15.8 Million Share Pledge to Axos Bank in WTMA Amendment

Good Earth 1000, LLC and Nicole Garcia filed an amendment to their Schedule 13D for Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. (WTMA) to disclose new financing arrangements.
