Westport Fuel Systems Inc. Announces Change of Auditors

Westport Fuel Systems Inc. has announced a change in its auditors. KPMG LLP will not seek reappointment for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. Deloitte LLP has been appointed as the successor auditor, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual meeting.
