WISeKey Reports Audited Full Year 2025 Financial Results

WISeKey International Holding AG reported its audited financial results for FY 2025, with revenue reaching $19.3 million, a 62% increase year-over-year. The subsidiary SEALSQ Corp also showed strong performance with 66% revenue growth. The company ended the year with a strong liquidity position, holding $429 million in cash and short-term investments as of December 31, 2025. After raising approximately $125 million in March 2026, the cash and short-term investments increased to over $535 million as of April 30, 2026. The commercial pipeline for SEALSQ alone exceeds $200 million for 2026-2029. WISeKey reaffirms its FY 2026 guidance, expecting revenue to grow between 50%-100% year-over-year. The company also announced progress on its WISeSat.Space SPAC merger, targeting a Nasdaq listing in the second half of 2026. Despite revenue growth, the net loss for FY 2025 increased by 20% to $38.2 million, attributed to increased operating expenses, R&D, and sales & marketing efforts for new product launches.
