Wipro Limited Acquisition of Mindsprint Pte. Ltd.

Wipro Limited has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Mindsprint Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries for US$375 million. This acquisition is part of a larger 8-year strategic engagement with Olam Group, valued at over $1 billion USD, with a committed spend of $800 million USD. Mindsprint, an IT services arm of Olam Group based in Singapore, specializes in technology and digital transformation services within the Information Technology (IT) industry. The acquisition aims to strengthen Wipro's capabilities in end-to-end transformation, leveraging AI-powered approaches and industry expertise. The transaction is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. Mindsprint has over 3,200 employees across India, Singapore, the US, UK, and the Middle East, and reported revenues of USD 135.6 million in CY25.
