Form 6-K Filing: Director and Officer Changes at WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc.

WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. reported changes in its board of directors and key officers, effective March 31, 2026. Mr. Songrui Guo resigned as director and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Teck Yong Heng resigned as independent director and chairperson of the Audit Committee, and Ms. Ting Zhang resigned as an independent director. These resignations were not due to any disputes with the company. To fill the vacancies, Mr. Ethan Yang was appointed as an independent director and member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Hongtao Zhao, an existing independent director, was appointed as the new chairperson of the Audit Committee. The Audit Committee now consists of Mr. Zhao as Chairperson and Mr. Yang, both meeting independence requirements.
