Waldencast plc Announces 2025 Annual General Meeting and Board Appointments

Waldencast plc has announced its 2025 annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on January 14, 2026, in London. Shareholders registered by December 9, 2025, are eligible to vote. The company had 118,021,230 Class A and 10,019,983 Class B ordinary shares outstanding as of the record date. Additionally, two directors, Lindsay Pattison and Zack Werner, intend to resign. The Board has approved a reclassification of directors, with proposed Class III director re-appointments to be voted on at the AGM.
