These operations are expected to boost the region's industrial ecosystem and support the growth of strategic sectors in North America, particularly those related to data center infrastructure expansion. As of March 31, 2026, Vesta owned 231 properties totaling 43.0 million sf of gross leasable area across 16 Mexican states, serving a diverse client base in various industries.
