VisionSys AI Inc. Appoints New Independent Director and Announces Board Changes

VisionSys AI Inc. announced changes to its Board of Directors. Ms. Linjing Xu resigned as an Independent director, a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, the Audit Committee, and Chairperson of the Compensation Committee, effective December 19, 2025, for personal reasons. Her resignation was not due to any disagreements with the Company. To fill the vacancy, the Board appointed Ms. Xiaojing Ma as an independent director, effective immediately.
