Telefônica Brasil S.A. Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

The 526th meeting of the Board of Directors of Telefônica Brasil S.A. was held on May 18, 2026. The board unanimously approved the acquisition of 24.99% of FiBrasil shares from Telefônica Infra, S.L.
