Quantum X Labs Inc. Renames and Changes Ticker Symbol

Effective April 30, 2026, Viewbix Inc. officially changed its name to Quantum X Labs Inc. This name change was effectuated by filing a Certificate of Amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of Delaware on April 29, 2026. The company also announced a change in its trading symbol on The Nasdaq Capital Market from "VBIX" to "QXL". This change was approved by the board of directors and did not require stockholder approval. The company also amended and restated its Bylaws to reflect the new name.
