Director Resignation

W. Kirk Wycoff has resigned from the Board of Directors of USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary U.S. Century Bank, effective April 6, 2026. The resignation is to allow Mr. Wycoff to concentrate on other business ventures and is not a result of any disagreement with the Company. The Company expressed gratitude for Mr. Wycoff's service.
