Grupo Televisa Board Member Acquires 7.2% of Company Shares

Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. announced that Mr. Eduardo Tricio Haro, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, has acquired securities representing approximately 7.2% of the capital stock of the Company. Mr. Tricio informed the Company that he has no intention to acquire significant influence over the Company. The Company also addressed unusual movements in the trading volume of its securities, stating that it is not aware of any transactions involving the Company’s shareholders, directors, relevant officers, or the Company itself through its share repurchase program that may have caused these movements. This communication was made at the request of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
