Tetra Tech Appoints Two New Directors to its Board

Tetra Tech, Inc. announced the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors: Jeffrey R. Feeler and M. Susan Hardwick. The appointments are effective December 29, 2025. Mr. Feeler, former Chairman and CEO of US Ecology, will serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees. Ms. Hardwick, recently retired CEO of American Water, will serve on the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Both directors will receive compensation according to the Company’s non-employee director compensation program, including an annual retainer, per-meeting fees, and long-term equity awards. These appointments expand the Board to eight members and bring extensive financial, operational, and leadership experience to the Company.
