Trinity Capital Inc. Reports Q1 2026 Portfolio Activity and Announces Earnings Release Date

Trinity Capital Inc. announced its portfolio activity for the first quarter of 2026. The company funded $306 million in investments, comprising $236 million in secured loans, $54 million in equipment financings, and $16 million in warrant and equity investments. New commitments originated during the quarter totaled $395 million, including $304 million in secured loans, $75 million in equipment financings, and $16 million in equity investments. The company funded $176 million to 10 new portfolio companies and $129 million to 20 existing ones. Proceeds from repayments and exits amounted to $238 million. Trinity Capital Inc. will release its full Q1 2026 financial results on May 6, 2026, and will host a conference call the same day at 12:00 p.m. ET to discuss the results. The company also noted that its 7.875% Notes Due 2029 are registered under the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
