Appointment of Chief Strategy Officer

TOYO Co., Ltd. has appointed Mr. Rhone Resch as its Chief Strategy Officer. This is a newly created role. Mr. Resch has over 20 years of experience in the global solar industry, with a background in building companies, expanding international markets, and supporting solar manufacturing growth. He has held leadership positions in various solar companies and founded the SAFE Alliance. Mr. Resch will focus on expanding TOYO's global growth strategy, including its manufacturing footprint, U.S. market expansion, and partnerships across the solar value chain. He will report directly to the CEO, Mr. Takahiko Onozuka. Mr. Resch holds advanced degrees from Syracuse University, the State University of New York, and the University of Michigan. The company also entered into an employment and indemnification agreement with Mr. Resch, with terms consistent with standard arrangements for executives, though he will serve on a part-time basis.
