Toll Brothers, Inc. Announces Officer Changes

On December 19, 2025, Michael J. Grubb, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Toll Brothers, Inc., announced his intention to retire effective February 2, 2026, after 22 years with the company. He was appointed Chief Accounting Officer in January 2018. The company plans to appoint Ms. Erica J. Mainardi as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, also effective February 2, 2026. Ms. Mainardi joined Toll Brothers in June 2020 and has since been promoted to Vice President, overseeing Corporate Accounting. Her prior experience includes roles at DuPont de Nemours, Inc., BrightView Holdings, Inc., and Ernst & Young LLP. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
