Report of Changes on the Composition of Audit Committee of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia

This report details changes in the Audit Committee of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, effective December 23, 2025. The changes are made in compliance with Indonesian Financial Services Authority Regulation No.55/POJK.04/2015. The new composition includes Mr. Deswandhy Agusman as Chairman/Member, Ms. Ira Noviarti as Member, Ms. Rofikoh Rokhim as Member, Mr. Achmad Taufik as Secretary of the committee and Fraud & Investigation Expert, and Mr. Irhoan Tanudiredja as Financial Expert and Independent Member. These appointments are based on the Decision of the Board of Commissioners of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk.
