PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Announces Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for FY2025

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom Indonesia) announced its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the Financial Year 2025. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026, at 14:00 PM Western Indonesia Time and will be conducted online via the e-GMS Website (https://easy.ksei.co.id/). Shareholders eligible to attend are those recorded on the Company’s Register of Shareholders as of May 13, 2026, at 16:15 PM Western Indonesia Time. The AGMS invitation will be announced on May 16, 2026. Shareholders can propose agenda items under specific conditions, with submissions due by May 9, 2026. The meeting will be held electronically in accordance with relevant regulations, including POJK 15/2020 and POJK 14/2025.
