International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. Appoints Andrew Cole to Board of Directors

Effective April 1, 2026, Andrew Cole was appointed to the Board of Directors of International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. Mr. Cole brings over 35 years of experience in the metals and mining industry, with expertise in refractory ore processing. He previously served as General Manager of the Donlin Gold Project and in various leadership roles at Barrick Gold. Mr. Cole holds a Bachelor of Science in Material Sciences and Engineering and an MBA. He is a member of the Society of Mining Engineers and was recognized as their Miner of the Year in 2019. He also serves on the Perpetua Resources Board of Directors. The company anticipates Mr. Cole's technical expertise and operating experience will be valuable as they advance the Livengood Gold Project through feasibility, permitting, and early development. This appointment was announced via a press release on April 2, 2026.
