Form 8-K Filing Regarding Paola Arbour's Retirement Transition

Tenet Healthcare Corporation has entered into a Retirement Transition Agreement and General Release with Paola Arbour, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Ms. Arbour will retire effective December 31, 2026, but will continue part-time employment until April 1, 2028, to provide transition services. Her salary during this period will be $820 per week. She remains eligible for her 2026 bonus and her outstanding equity awards will continue to vest. She will also continue to receive benefits and vest in her Executive Retirement Account through April 1, 2028. The agreement includes a general release of claims in favor of the Company. Ms. Arbour has agreed to cooperate with any future claims or investigations and maintain confidentiality regarding company information.
