The Generation Essentials Group (TGE), a subsidiary of AMTD Digital Inc., announced the successful pricing of its first SPAC listing, TGE Value Creative Solutions Corp. The SPAC priced its initial public offering of 15 million units at $10.00 per unit, with its units trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "BEBE U." Each unit comprises one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a redeemable warrant. TGE Value Creative Solutions will focus on acquiring businesses in the media, digital media, entertainment, high fashion, lifestyle, culture, and gaming sectors.
