Telecom Argentina S.A. Reports Extension of Antitrust Tribunal Review Period

Telecom Argentina S.A. has been notified of Resolution TDC 14/2026 by the Argentine Antitrust Tribunal. This resolution extends the initial 45-day review period under Law 27,442 by an additional 30 days. The extension is part of the proceeding EX-2025- 22498026- -APN-DR#CNDC and will commence after the initial 45-day period, which began on February 24, 2026. The Tribunal may grant further extensions if necessary to complete the total period stipulated by the law. This follows up on a material event previously reported on August 5, 2025.
