TransDigm Group Completes Acquisition of Jet Parts Engineering and Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings

TransDigm Group Incorporated announced the completion of its acquisition of Jet Parts Engineering and Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings for approximately $2.2 billion in cash. The acquisition was financed through cash on hand and proceeds from debt offerings in February 2026. Jet Parts Engineering, based in Seattle, Washington, is a designer and manufacturer of aftermarket aerospace solutions, employing approximately 300 people. Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings, with operations in Kansas, North Carolina, and Illinois, is a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of aftermarket parts for the general and business aviation sectors, employing approximately 400 people. Combined, the companies generated approximately $280 million in revenue for the calendar year ended December 31, 2025. TransDigm Group is a global designer, producer, and supplier of engineered aircraft components for commercial and military aircraft.
