Ronald M. Wright and The Goose Pond Trust Acquire 7.9% Stake in Symbotic Inc. via Trust Distribution

On May 15, 2026, Ronald M. Wright and The Goose Pond Trust filed a Schedule 13D reporting a new 7.9% beneficial ownership stake in Symbotic Inc. (SYM). The position was established following a distribution from The 2014 QSST F/B/O Perry Cohen, which transferred 10,853,484 shares of Class V-3 Common Stock and an equal number of Symbotic Holdings LLC units (OpCo Units) to The Goose Pond Trust.
