Constellation Brands Appoints E. Morgan Flatley to Board of Directors

Constellation Brands, Inc. announced the election of E. Morgan Flatley to its Board of Directors, expanding the board from eleven to twelve members. Ms. Flatley, currently Executive Vice President, Global Chief Marketing Officer and New Business Ventures at McDonald's Corporation, brings extensive experience in global brand-building, marketing, and digital transformation within the food and beverage industry. She previously held senior marketing roles at McDonald's and spent 13 years at PepsiCo. The board has determined Ms. Flatley to be an independent director. Her compensation will be prorated from her effective date of service. This appointment is part of the company's ongoing board refreshment process and follows the retirement of former CEO Bill Newlands.
