Seagate Technology Holdings plc Completes Redemption of Exchangeable Notes

Seagate Technology Holdings plc announced the completion of the redemption and exchange of its subsidiary, Seagate HDD Cayman's, outstanding 3.50% Exchangeable Senior Notes due 2028. The total principal amount of notes involved was approximately $150.7 million. On September 8, 2026, notes not submitted for exchange were redeemed for cash, including accrued interest. Notes submitted for exchange prior to September 3, 2026, were settled through a combination of cash for the principal amount and the delivery of 1,647,862 ordinary shares of Seagate, along with cash in lieu of fractional shares. The total cash paid was approximately $150.97 million. This action was taken in accordance with a previously issued redemption notice.
