Steel Dynamics, Inc. has announced the redemption and full repayment of its outstanding 5.000% Senior Notes due 2026. The repayment, totaling $400,000,000 in principal, was completed on December 21, 2025, at 100.000% of the principal amount, plus accrued interest. These notes were originally issued on December 6, 2016, under an Indenture with Computershare Trust Company, N.A. The company has confirmed that all obligations under the Indenture have been terminated as all sums have been paid and the notes have been delivered for cancellation.
