SOL Strategies Inc. Acquires Darklake Labs for Zero-Knowledge Privacy Technology

SOL Strategies Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Darklake Labs Pte. Ltd. for USD $1.2 million. Darklake Labs specializes in zero-knowledge privacy technology, having developed Zyga, a zero-knowledge proof system for the Solana blockchain. This acquisition aims to enhance SOL Strategies' platform by integrating Darklake's technology and research team, including its CEO Vitor Py Braga, COO Amber Hales, and Head of ZK Research Tiago Alves. The acquisition, valued at USD $1.2 million, will be paid primarily in common shares of SOL Strategies, with a portion in cash. This move is expected to strengthen SOL Strategies' engineering capacity and advance its mission to support the Solana Economy by developing innovative privacy solutions for blockchain transactions. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions.
